VENDOR APPLICATION - 2025

Although over a year out, you MAY fill out a Vendor Application for 2025. We are tentatively looking at May 16-17, 2025 (Armed Forces Day Weekend).

Q: Is there WiFi available?

A: Yes! We’ll provide the password at check in

Q: Where do I park?

A: Once unloaded, you may park in St. Joseph’s Parking lot, about a block away. For Saturday, you may park for FREE at the Outagamie County Court House next door.

Q: Are there carts available for load in/load out?

A: Yes; however, they are very limited and we suggest you bring your own.

Q: Is there a freight elevator?

A: Yes; located just inside the loading dock. There are two other elevators, too.

Q: Is there power?

A: There are floor boxes in many areas as well as wall outlets. If you have specific power requirements, please let Kell know ASAP. NOTE: You will need your own extension cords & gaffers tape to cover the cords to avoid tripping.

Q: Do I need to bring my own table & chairs?

A: No; you will be provided a skirted 8’ table and two chairs; you MAY bring shelves, displays, etc., if you prefer, but they must fit within your space (most are 10’ x 10’). There will be pipe & drape for all booths. There is NO carpeting provided, but you may bring your own floor coverings.

Q: May I sell merch/swag & advertise upcoming events?

A: Absolutely! You will need to bring your own equipment to receive payments. There is an ATM on site, but most will want to pay with a card.

Q: Can I fundraise or have a raffle at my booth?

A: No, please (unless previously approved).

Q: Where do I check in?

A: The Fox Cities Convention & Visitors Bureau will be located the bottom of the main escalator in the pre-function area & will assist with booth check in, badges, meal tickets, & booth location!

Q: When can I start setting up?

A: For the majority of vendors (especially in the Expo Halls), we’ll let you in around 10:30am. This will give you approximately 1.5 hours to set up. Due to an event the previous night, we cannot set up the booths until 8am on Friday.

Q: Can I leave my displays/items overnight?

A: We will be locking up everything and there will be security presence. You may keep everything out; you may want to cover the items though.
